We will serve as the boots on the ground to help sort your belongings, create the design, and reorganize the space for you. We serve homes near to Dayton, Ohio.

Your reorganized kitchen will have streamlined drawers and cupboards with all your belongings placed exactly where you need them. Because the size and contents of these spaces can vary significantly, we will provide a price after seeing it in person.

Garages and storage spaces are NOT created equally. The size can fluctuate significantly as well as existing storage systems and habits. As a result, we offer estimates for these spaces after seeing them in person and understanding the scope of what you need to accomplish.

DIY Organizing Support

We will help point you in the right direction so you can complete the reorganization in your home.

During this in-home session, you will walk us through your home and explain your organizational challenges. We will provide suggestions and brainstorm with you on the spot. You will walk away from this meeting with ideas and motivation to tackle your project.

After you declutter, we will visit your home to learn about your space, what’s not working, and your needs for your new space. We will then provide a diagram of where to place your belongings to optimize functionality along with examples of suggested organizing products.

This plan will provide direction as you organize multiple spaces in your home or coordinate a move. After visiting your home, we will suggest where to focus your organizing efforts along with what to change, purge, and purchase. This will include a recommended timeline and serve as a reference document as you work. This plan will not include details and diagrams of specifically how to organize each space, but rather will provide high level directions for steps to take so you can get to the finish line.

If you want to update the design of your space but don’t know what to do
We will create a custom design plan for you to implement on your own timeline. After we meet with you to learn more about your project, you will receive a complete design packet including a mood board and design concept, space layout, shopping list, ballpark budget and completion plan. This plan is not for a full scale remodel, but for a style update. This packet will serve as your guide as you complete the updates.

We create the custom design and provide extra help selecting the actual pieces to use in your space. You will also gain access to our trade discounts when purchasing products. Then you complete the update in your home. We come back when you’re done for a finishing touch in-home styling session.

The room design is complete, but there’s still work to be done to bring the design to life in your space. Still need to get the painting done? Pick out the light fixture? Hang the artwork? You’ve got the skills, but need a second opinion or some nudges to keep you on task and get your project to the finish line. This add-on service is the perfect complement to a DIY Room Style Design or a Premium Room Style Design.

You and any other decision makers will need to be present and actively participating in the Declutter Coaching Session. Because we are assessing your personal belongings, we will not make decisions about whether to keep or discard something without your permission. During the organization portion of the project, you don’t need to actively participate, but you will need to be available for occasional questions.

We will never force you to discard something. We are assessing your possessions and it is your decision about whether to keep or discard something. However, we have found that 100 percent of our clients are willing and able to part ways with several things, and often more things than they expected. Further, the organization process is even more gratifying when unneeded possessions are removed.

You are responsible for removing any discarded items from your home.

We have found that most spaces can be sorted in three hours, with the exception of large kitchens/closets, storage spaces or garages. However, if we don’t finish, we will leave behind “homework assignments” for you to finish the decluttering. Or, if you need our help to finish, you can purchase additional Declutter Coaching for a fee of $75/hour.

Your space will be tidy and possessions will be returned to their original location. Organization will not change until the space plan is created and the In-Home Organization Session is complete.

That is completely your decision. You can direct us to use only products currently in your home or you can provide us with a budget for purchasing new. We can also show you the recommended products for your project along with the associated cost and you can choose which products you’d like The Revival Co. to purchase. For Full-Service Organizing Projects, after completing the Declutter Coaching Session, the organization plan will be created and products will be sourced over a 3-week timeframe
To maximize organization, most small spaces could use around $100 of new products and most large spaces could use around $300-$500 of new products.

DIY Organizing and Room Style Design plans will be delivered within two weeks of our initial meeting. For Full-Service Organizing Projects, after completing the Declutter Coaching Session, the organization plan will be created and products will be sourced over a 3-week timeframe. We will then be ready to complete the In-Home Organizing Session at your convenience.

Full-Service Organizing
For all full-service organizing packages, 50 percent of the total cost is due on or before the day of the first Declutter Coaching Session. The remaining 50 percent of the total cost will be billed and is due when the project is complete.
The Revival Co. will purchase any needed organizing products on your behalf. After the space is finished, any unused or unwanted product will be returned and you will not be charged for it. You will be billed for the products purchased and used in your home.
DIY Organizing
For DIY services including 1) In-Home Consultation 2) DIY Room Organization Plan and 3) DIY Home Organization Plan, payment in full is due upon completion of the consultation or delivery of the plan.
Styling Services
For a DIY Room Style Plan, payment in full is due upon delivery of the plan.
For additional Styling Services, fees for hours worked will be billed on a monthly basis. The balance of fees for hours worked will be billed and is due when the project is complete.
We accept payment via cash, check or Venmo. All organization service fees and styling service fees are non-refundable.

Confidentiality is essential. We will not share details about your possessions, your home, or the discussions we have during our time together. With your permission, we would appreciate the opportunity to use project photos (without your name) in marketing materials.
