You transfer professional organizing projects from your plate to ours We will serve as the boots on the ground to help sort your belongings, create the design, and reorganize the space for you. We offer professional organizing services around Dayton, Ohio.

Whether it’s your kitchen, pantry, laundry, or bathroom, we help you sort through years of accumulation and assess what to keep. Then, your newly decluttered and simplified space will be reordered so it functions efficiently and everything you need will be right where you need.

We want your home to be your absolute favorite place. It should wrap around you like a warm hug from your best friend - the one who’s just a little bit sassy.

After we meet with you to learn more about your project, you will receive a complete design packet including a mood board and design concept, space layout, shopping list, ballpark budget, and completion plan. This packet will serve as your guide as you complete the updates.

Meet Kara

Your Dayton Professional Organizer and Home Stylist

I'm Kara McMillen, founder of The Revival Co. I'm a Certified Organizational Specialist and Certified Home Stylist with an MBA and nearly 20 years of project management experience. When you work with The Revival Co., you work with me. I'm not a large company sending in team members you’ve never spoken with. I'm the one in your home doing the work, answering your questions, and helping you feel confident about every decision.

Professional organizing is personal. We end up knee-deep in your belongings, and you tell me the stories behind them: where something came from, who gave it to you, why it matters. My clients start to feel like family, and I genuinely miss them when our project is done!

Because I'm not as close to your space as you are, I can see solutions you might not. I firmly believe there's always one. Clients often tell me they never would have thought of it, whether it's a lamp I picked out or a new place to store something they use every day. (It's much easier for me to organize other people's homes than my own!)

I'm not trying to create homes that only look good in photos. Your home should be beautiful, but it also has to work for real life. That's why I build realistic systems you can actually maintain, not a labeled bin for every single thing you own.
